Harmony Trail Sponsorship and Event
The Elms Retirement Residence is officially part of The Harmony Trail!
Joyful music has always been an important part of life on our campus at The Elms, Carriage House and Chestnut Cottage.
We are proud to be co-sponsoring the Manta Ray xylophone near us on Union Street at the Westerly Fire Station/PACE location.
We’ll be supporting the Harmony Trail Weekend event and Community Music Stroll this upcoming Saturday June 22nd and scheduling tours of The Elms campus for seniors and their families.
Call us at (401) 596-4630 to come by for a visit that day or any other day that fits your schedule.

Our friends The Chorus of Westerly will also be hosting their 39th Annual Summer Pops and Fireworks event on June 22nd! We’re especially looking forward to performances by Grammy Award winners and special guest musicians Paul Winter and Richard Cooke, creator of Freenotes Harmony Park instruments.
About Paul Winter:
Paul Winter’s musical odyssey has long embraced the traditions of the world’s cultures, as well as the wildlife voices of what he refers to as “the greater symphony of the Earth.” From the early days of his college jazz sextet, which toured 23 countries of Latin America for the State Department and performed the first-ever jazz concert at the White House for the Kennedy’s in 1962, to his later ensemble, the Paul Winter Consort, his concert tours and recording expeditions have taken him to 52 countries and to wilderness areas on six continents, where he has traveled on rafts, dog sleds, mules, kayaks, tug-boats and more. He has recorded 45 albums, of which seven have been honored with Grammy Awards.
There’s a lot happening this weekend. Please be sure and come by The Elms and say hello! Call us at (401) 596-4630 to schedule a tour.
